Planning is important. The River Valley District is teaming up with the Republic County Community Foundation to offer an educational program, Intro to Estate Planning, designed to help individuals and families understand the basics of estate planning and planned giving.
The free workshop will cover key topics, including planned giving, asset transfers, healthcare directives, and more. Participants will gain essential knowledge to begin the estate planning process with confidence and clarity.
“Estate planning is a gift to your loved ones”, said Monica Thayer, Family Resource Management Extension Agent with the River Valley District. “This program is about educating on estate planning options to ensure wishes are honored.”
Intro to Estate Planning will be held on Thursday, March 26th at 6 pm at the Hudson Room at the Kallman Office Suites, 1806 M Street, Belleville, KS 66935.
The Republic County Community Foundation is sponsoring a free meal, but you must register to attend by calling the River Valley District – Belleville Extension Office at 785-527-5084 by Monday, March 26th.
