Graduates of Concordia schools consistently show high rates of success after high school. Whether choosing to train for a job, or continue with a college education, CHS graduates have proven high rates of employment and academic success following graduation.

Ask most Concordia graduates, and they will tell you about teachers who were instrumental in helping them set high goals and achieve academic success.

USD 333 wants to keep quality teachers in the classroom with a new program called the “Recruit. Retain. Rise.”  This program will empower future teachers to complete their college degree, and elevate education for our students.

With the “Recruit. Retain. Rise” initiative, future teachers will have an opportunity to apply for a loan forgiveness program from the USD 333 Endowed Fund.  This fund is privately funded and does not use federal or local tax dollars.  The USD 333 Endowed Fund has been established to support programs such as “Recruit. Retain. Rise” that will keep quality educators in our schools, and provide resources to help students in the classroom, and in future careers.

Please join us during the Community Foundation of Cloud County’s Match Month in November.  Learn how you can keep quality teachers in Concordia by making a tax-deductible contribution to the The USD 333 Endowed Fund.  This fund is eligible for a 300% match to encourage quality education in Concordia schools and support the future of our community through the Community Foundation of Cloud County.  For more information about the Community Foundation for Cloud County Match Month, go to www.cloudcountymatch.org

We are grateful for all the Community Foundation of Cloud County has provided for our area, and we are thankful for teachers who make a difference every day.  Thanks4Giving!
