USD 333 Preschool children and staff were all smiles when gifts were delivered to their classrooms just before the holidays. Gifts were purchased with donations from the USD 333 Education Fund which directly supports Concordia public schools. Individual contributions from alumni and community members to the USD 333 Education Fund enhance learning in many ways.
Preschool students were excited to receive new math and literacy games for their classrooms. Gift funds also paid for hands-on resources to help students improve their motor skills. Teachers say these new resources provided from donor funds create a renewed excitement for learning.
The long-term goal of the USD 333 Education Fund is to provide opportunities to grow funds as a viable option for endowed positions, programming, and facility improvements for decades to come.
