On Monday, March 25th, USD 334 (Glasco and Miltonvale) held a Special Board of Education meeting. They discussed the reorganization of the Glasco and Miltonvale schools.

It was decided that in the 2024-2025 school year, the K-5 students in the district will attend the current Miltonvale Grade School, which will be renamed “Southern Cloud Grade School.”

The 6-12 students in the district will attend the Glasco Grade School, which will be renamed “South Cloud Jr/Sr High School.”

Low enrollment numbers in the district are what ultimately led to this decision. Fall sports will continue to be played in Miltonvale and winter sports will be played in Glasco.
