The Brown Grand Opera House is inviting performers from across North Central Kansas to take part in “Concordia’s Got Talent,” a regional talent competition culminating in a live finals event on Sunday, April 26. Contestants must submit an online audition video by April 1, 2026, to be considered for the competition.
Inspired by popular television competitions like America’s Got Talent, the event aims to showcase the talents of residents from Cloud, Republic, Ottawa, Washington, Clay, Mitchell, and Jewell counties. The competition will feature two divisions: Division I for youth ages 6 to 16 and Division II for adults 17 and older. Both individuals and groups may audition with any family-friendly talent.
Video auditions are limited to 2.5 minutes, though finalists will have up to five minutes to perform during the live show. Six finalists from each division will compete in the finals, including one People’s Choice contestant selected through voting on the Brown Grand’s Facebook page from April 3–9.
Finalists will perform before a panel of judges and a live audience for more than $500 in cash prizes. Tickets for the April 26 finals will be available at the door.
