Tomorrow from noon to 6 p.m., The American Red Cross will be having a blood drive in Glasco at St. Pual’s Lutheran Church. Donors of all blood types are needed, especially those who have O blood.

According to their website, the Red Cross collects, processes, and distributes about 40% of the nation’s blood supply. Annually, that adds up to more than 4.6 million units of blood. A single blood donation can help save more than one life: every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood.
