Common Ground Youth Hangout to Continue into Summer

By Ryan Duey

Starting tomorrow, May 21st, the Common Ground Building at 709 5th Street in Clay Center will open its doors to all Middle School students and High School students from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Bob Stratton of “Common Ground Ministries” said they will continue this through the summer as long as they have enough attendees.

The Common Ground Building is full of entertaining activities for kids including basketball, pool, air hockey, carpetball, plus more. It also offers a safe environment for kids to just hang out and chat while having a bite to eat.

No registration or sign-up is needed. Any Middle School or High School student can attend at any time during the open hours Tuesday through Friday.
