Sand Springs Venue outside of Abilene will host a “Back to the 80’s” Throwback Party at its Venue on Saturday, October 12th starting at 6:30 p.m.
This 21 and over event will include a wide variety of 80’s entertainment, with games, iconic 80’s music, and more. Gina Dalton, Co-Coordinator of the Party, said you can expect to be taken back to the good ole days.
There will also be a “Dance Off” Fundraiser to raise funds for 2-year-old Macie Heller, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in June. Dalton said Macie has two years of intense treatment ahead and the family could use everyone’s support.
The “Dance Off” will have a $25 entry fee, with half of the funds going to the Hellers and the other half going to the top 3 dancers. More information and tickets for the Party can be purchased by contacting Dalton at the Sand Springs Venue.
