From April 26th to the 28th the Blue Earth Plaza in Manhattan will be full of Louisiana Spirit as the 7th Annual Bayou GatorCraw Fest brings true Cajun and Creole food and fun to the Downtown District.

Chef Que Purdy, CEO of Bayou GatorCraw Fest, said this all started when people started asking her to make them her Creole food. This has turned into a journey in which her team has fresh Louisiana crawfish brought up to Manhattan the Thursday before the Festival.

Purdy said you can expect a lot of love during this weekend-long Festival. Additionally, the weekend is jam-packed with food and fun for all ages including the Little Apple Mardis Gras Parade.

While at the Festival don’t forget to support the Bayou Sunflowers Give Back Program and their area fundraisers.
