This year’s Highway 36 Treasure Hunt, spanning over 400 miles of Kansas, will run from Thursday, September 19th through the 21st. Communities along Highway 36 will host Antique, Estate, and Garage Sales, plus more for traveling shoppers across Kansas.
Stretching from far west Kansas to the eastern border, communities will welcome attendees from across the state. This annual Treasure Hunt promotes traveling and tourism in rural communities, bringing in people from many different areas.
Local Counties participating in the Treasure Hunt include: Washington, Marshall, and Republic Counties.
Starting September 1st interested parties will be able to find the map of participating residents and businesses on the US Highway 36 website. More information can also be found on the Treasure Hunt Across Kansas Facebook Page.
