Junction City Mainstreet invites guests 18 and over to its inaugural Halloween Boos and Brews event on Friday, October 25th.  The event, sponsored by the Flint Hills Moving Company, will bring attendees on a haunted walking tour of downtown Junction City, with tours starting at 7:00 p.m.

A costumed guide will take you on a haunting journey of Junction City’s past. Makena Krause, JC Mainstreet Director, said this is a new event they’re kicking off in 2024.

During the tour, Highwind Brewing Company, D’z Lounge, and Blu Restaurant and Bar will be serving up festive drinks to attendees. Krause said local actors will guide you through your haunted tour.

If you can’t make it on October 25th, JC Mainstreet will be offering a test run night on Friday, October 18th at a discounted price. The 18th will offer three tours and the main event on the 25th will offer six tours.  Each tour group is limited to 20 participants, with tours running every 10 minutes. Purchase tickets and get more information on the JC Mainstreet website.
