The Wakefield Library hosted an educator from the Milford Nature Center on Friday, June 21 as a part of their summer reading program.

Kim Orr, the Director of the Wakefield Library, said the educator brought in a few animals for the children to pet and taught about various nature topics.

Orr said the visit from the Milford Nature Center is a yearly staple of their summer reading program. The day’s event had 17 kids and 9 adults participating.
