OneMarysville continues its professional development series with a workshop designed to build stronger, more collaborative workplaces and communities. Where Everyone Leads will be Tuesday, June 17, from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Marysville Country Club. The workshop is open to the public, with lunch included in the $15 registration fee.
As communities and workplaces face increasingly complex challenges, leadership can’t fall on just one person’s shoulders. Progress happens when people at every level feel empowered to step up, share ideas and take ownership. This workshop offers tools to help organizations build that kind of culture—where leadership is something everyone can practice.
“This series is about growing the kind of leadership that shows up in everyday actions,” said Liz Warren, president of OneMarysville. “We want to strengthen a culture in Marysville where people work together and take initiative for moving things forward. This workshop helps us build that foundation.”
The session will be led by Amanda Cebula, a leadership facilitator and co-author of Your Leadership Edge: Tools and Strategies for When Everyone Leads. Cebula brings years of experience working with organizations, businesses and individuals to build leadership capacity. She formerly served in several roles at the Kansas Leadership Center and now operates her own consulting business while continuing to teach and coach throughout the state.
Lunch options include a breaded chicken bacon ranch wrap, breaded cod fish basket, Philly sandwich, chicken salad or taco salad. To attend, register by June 16 by calling or texting 785-713-9866 or emailing marysvillecms@gmail.com.
