Prairie Paws Animal Shelter of Manhattan will be holding its inaugural Gala on Friday, April 12th from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the Sunset Zoo to benefit the new Animal Shelter.

Prairie Paws Fundraising Coordinator, Rebecca Brown said there will be a jazz band and some different crowd interaction events, along with much more.

This inaugural event will showcase the changes the Shelter is bringing to the community of Manhattan.

Brown said she understands not everyone can make it to the Gala, but there are still multiple ways you can help.
