Brown Grand Opera House
The Salina Symphony will feature Mozart’s majestic final work, the Requiem, on Sat., May 3, at 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Grand Theatre in Concordia.
The Requiem is a masterpiece of both solace and intensity, reflecting the timeless themes of life, death, and redemption. It will be performed by the Kansas Wesleyan University Philharmonic Choir.
In the first half, the program opens with a spiritual work by Florence Price featuring principal clarinetist Chris Johnson.
