Stay Strong Stay Healthy, the popular strength training program for older adults, is returning to the River Valley District, this time in Clyde. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Clyde Senior Center for Stay Strong Stay Healthy Level 1.

Classes will begin on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026. The cost is $20 for a total of 16 classes. Dumbbells and ankle weights will be provided. Wear comfy clothes, closed-toe shoes, and please bring a water bottle if you can. This program is great for older adults or anyone just beginning their strength training journey, or perhaps restarting after an illness or injury.
