Topeka, KS- Last week, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, Governor Laura Kelly ordered flags throughout the State of Kansas to be flown at half-staff on all state buildings, grounds, and facilities immediately until the day of internment, in honor of former Kansas Attorney General Robert Stephan, who passed away on January 2.

Attorney General Stephan will be interred after funeral services on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sundown on this date.
