Annual Flute Fall Festival
The Kansas Flute society will be hosting their Annual Flute Fall Festival on Sunday, October 13th, 2024 here in Clay Center in the Martin-Snodgrass Auditorium. The festival will be open for all flute players, 8th grade to 12th grade, and adults. The registration for this event is $10 and will start at 1:30 pm on that Sunday in the foyer of the auditorium (members are free!). The festival will offer a community flute choir (bring your flutes) and two workshops: Healthy Habits for Practice and Introduction to Advanced Techniques on the Flute. The afternoon starts with a Flute Choir Rehearsal from 2 pm to 3 pm followed by the workshops, 3 pm to 5 pm, and at 5:15 pm the member recital will begin, including the Flute Choir!
We would like to invite the public to the recital. It’s free for the audience!
