North Central Kansas Medical Center is encouraging all Cloud County residents to take part in the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey. The survey will be available online at nckmed.com from June 11th to July 11th.

Conducted every three years, the survey gathers public input to help identify the county’s most urgent health issues. Afterward, local healthcare providers, civic leaders, and public health experts will use the results to develop a targeted, community-driven action plan.

The survey takes under 10 minutes, is completely anonymous, and covers topics like healthcare access, mental health, nutrition, and chronic conditions.

Community input is vital to ensure that local health programs meet real community needs. Contact Pam Campbell at the Health Center for more information.
