Dickinson County Health Needs Assessment 2025 Survey now Available

MHS

Memorial Health System (MHS) announced on social media that it has collaborated with community health partners, Dickinson County Health Department and K-State Research and Extension Chisholm Trail District, to update the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for Dickinson County. This assessment takes place every three years. The goal for this assessment is to understand the progress made since the last CHNA in 2022 and address any new concerns regarding the health of Dickinson County residents.

A CHNA survey is being conducted to gain a better understanding of the current healthcare needs. This will help us complete the CHNA for 2025. The CHNA survey can be completed by following this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CHNA2025-DKCO or by scanning the QR Code below. The CHNA survey may also be found on the homepage of the MHS website: www.mhsks.org.

MHS and its partners kindly request that all Dickinson County business leaders and residents provide us with the valuable feedback needed by completing the survey developed to gauge the status of healthcare needs in our area communities. This survey will close on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. A Town Hall meeting will be held in April 2025. More details about this event will be shared after the survey closes. Please keep an eye out for this information!

Thank you in advance for your time and honest feedback!
