City of Abilene
Vance Brothers LLC is scheduled to begin a micro-surfacing street preservation project on several streets within the city limits of Abilene. The project is expected to begin on Monday, July 21, continuing through Friday, July 25, weather permitting.
Prior to each individual street project, the contractor will notify residents and business owners whose street will be directly affected by door-to-door notification, which may include door hangers.
These projects are funded by the 0.25% Special Street Sales Tax.

• No Street parking will be allowed during the day that each street project is scheduled.
• Traffic Control and Flag Men will coordinate the scheduled vehicle use and/or temporary street closure.
•Access to residential driveways and/or street intersections may be disrupted during the street projects.
