On Thursday, Sept. 26, the Kansas Department of Transportation will close a section of K57 in Geary County for culvert replacement. The culvert is near Carr Road at mile marker 21.5 and is expected to be completed later that evening, weather permitting.
K-57 will only be closed at the work location. Through traffic is advised to utilize state detours on K-177 to I-70, or U.S. 56 to U.S. 77.
