Clay County Medical Center Announces Expansion of Riley Family Physicians Clinic

CCMC

Clay County Medical Center (CCMC) is proud to announce the expansion of Riley
Family Physicians. The expansion project, is set to begin construction by July 2025 and conclude by
January 2026, aims to enhance patient care by increasing clinical space and expanding services.

The project will add new exam rooms, a dedicated mental health suite, and additional medical
provider offices, enabling the clinic to meet the growing healthcare needs of the region.

Austin Gillard, CEO of Clay County Medical Center, emphasized the importance of the expansion,
stating, “Our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare close to home, and this project is a
significant step forward in achieving that goal. By expanding our clinic, we are ensuring that families
in our community have access to comprehensive, high-quality care, including mental health services,
which are more critical than ever.”

The new mental health suite will provide private, comfortable spaces for behavioral health
consultations, addressing a critical need in rural communities where mental health resources are often
limited. Additionally, increased medical provider office space will allow for future growth and
recruitment of healthcare professionals to serve the community.

The hospital invites the community to support this initiative through donations and advocacy. For
