Obituary-Blake Richardson Harding

Blake Russell Harding-Richardson, 15, of Clay Center died on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.  He was born October 16, 2008 in Manhattan, Kansas, the son of Quinton Richardson and Amanda (Harding) Weaver.

Blake was a Freshman at Clay Center Community High School.  He was a member of FCA in middle school and a member of the basketball team.  He enjoyed gaming, especially on his Play Station and his PC.  Blake always looked forward to hanging out with his friends and enjoyed bass fishing.

He was a member of the Clay Center First Presbyterian Church, where he was a member of the youth group.  

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jacoby; infant sisters, Nevaeh and Heaven; great grandparents, Charles and Sharon Harding and Kenneth and Mary Jane Gossen; paternal grandmother, Carrie Richardson and uncle, Michael Richardson.

Blake is survived by his father, Quinton Richardson; mother and stepfather, Amanda and Juan Weaver of Hinesville, GA; sisters, Hannah Harding-Richardson of Clay Center, KS, Keetaira Brown and Shayenne Guinn, both of Ada, OK; maternal grandparents, Kevin and Phyllis Harding of Clay Center, KS; paternal grandparents, L.G. Harper of Ada, OK; uncles, Dallas Harding of Lawton, OK and J.D. Plummer of Riley, KS; aunts, Chasity Harper of Tulsa, OK and Jessica Plummer of Clay Center, KS and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 10:30AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, KS 

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to the Blake Harding-Richardson Memorial Fund, to be designated later by the family and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
