Delvin E. Oentrich, age 72, of Barnes, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Delvin was born on December 18, 1953, in Washington, the son of Marvin L. and Verna J. (VanKirk) Oentrich.

Viewing is from noon to 8:00 pm Thursday, with visitation between 5:30 and 7:00 pm, at Christie-Anderes Funeral Home in Waterville.

Funeral services are at 10:00 am Friday, January 16, 2026, at Fancy Creek Zion Church, south of Barnes. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery, west of Barnes.

Memorials are suggested to either the Barnes Fire Department or Maplewood Cemetery, and may be sent in care of Christie-Anderes Funeral Home, PO Box 61, Waterville, Kansas 66548.
