Philip “Phil” Lee Bloom the son of Bill and Nancy (McCann) Bloom, was born in Topeka, Kansas on November 30, 1955. Phil was raised in Clay Center and graduated from Clay Center Community High School in 1974. Phil married Margie Shaw on September 5, 1992. Phil enjoyed spending time with his family, watching NASCAR and westerns. He was especially fond of his dog, Oakley. Phil was preceded in death by his wife Margie.
