Obituary-Renn Allsman

Due to the forecasted wind, Renn’s Memorial Service will be held at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home. A reception will be held at the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame Museum following the service.

Renn Lloyd Allsman was born on July 4, 1947 near Munden, Kansas, to Manning L. & Blanche M (Brown) Allsman. He passed away on February 14, 2024, at his home in Belleville, at the age of 76.

Renn graduated from Belleville High School in 1965. He was drafted into the US Navy in February 1967 and was honorably discharged in November 1970. 

He was united in marriage to Twila Kay Ebeling on April 26, 1974.

Renn was a racing enthusiast and past race car driver. He was the pace car / pace truck driver at the Belleville High Banks for many years, and he is a 2024 Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame inductee.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Twila, brothers Manning “Mike” Allsman and Gerard Allsman, and his sisters Patricia Lemmons and Lucy Allsman. 

He is survived by his sons, Manning L. Allsman of Belleville, and Jedidiah Allsman of Dodge City; grandchildren, Nick Allsman, Nickaela Allsman, Hunter Tholstrup, Tristan Allsman, and Joclyne Allsman; sisters Marjory Petersen and Jane Otott, nieces, nephews, and a community of friends. 

Memorial Services will be Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home. A reception will be held at the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame Museum following the service. 

Visitation will be Friday, April 5th, from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, with the family greeting friends from 6pm – 8pm, at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home.
