Obituary- William “Bill” Ham, III

William “Bill” Ham, III 53 died January 24, 2025, in Clay Center, KS.  He was born on June 28, 1971, in Santa Ana, California, the son of William Jr. and Louise (Baxter) Ham.  Bill spent most of his childhood in the Huntington Beach area of California. He also lived in Illinois and Abilene, KS.  Bill married Melinda Davies on June 19, 1993.  He served in the Kansas Army National Guard and his unit served a tour in Iraq.  Bill was a self-taught mason and owned MBV Masonry.   He was a member of the Clay Center Christian Church.  Bill loved golf and spent many hours playing rounds at the Clay Center Country Club.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Melinda Fike and Belinda Dickerson.

Funeral Services: 10:00AM Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Christian Church in Clay Center, KS 

Burial: Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, KS

Visitation: 4-7 PM Wednesday January 29, at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home in Clay Center

Memorials:  Bill Ham Memorial Fund to be designated later by the family
