Area counties, including Dickinson and Geary, have started Advanced/Early in-person voting today for the August 5th Primary Election at their respective county locations.
Both Dickinson County and Geary County’s elections are for City Commission spots. Both counties have 10 candidates, with six making it to the General Election on November 4th based on Primary voting results.
In Dickinson County, Early in-person voting will be held in the County Clerk’s office at the courthouse in Abilene. Geary County residents can vote in person at the Geary County Office Building in Junction City.
Most counties do not need to hold Primary Elections this year. Voters in these counties will vote for their respective candidates during the General Election.
