Ken Davis has been the sheriff of Cloud County since 2021. He recently filed for re-election. Davis has been serving in law enforcement in Cloud for more than 20 years. He is the second candidate to file for the position.

Hans Hanson was the first to file. Hanson is a former Cloud County Sheriff’s Office Deputy and currently works for the Belleville Police Department.

Hanson and Davis will challenge each other in the August 6th Republican Primary Election.
