- Online Submissions: Nominations can be made easily through the Foundation’s website at www.communityfoundation.us.
- Deadline: Submit your nominations by July 10, 2025.
- Award Ceremony: The honorees will be announced and celebrated during the Foundation’s Annual Meeting on July 24, 2025.
