Chiefs Unveil Super Bowl Rings with a Sparkling Design and a Glaring Typo

By Jayson Henderson

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs celebrated their Super Bowl 58 victory with a ring ceremony on Thursday, unveiling 14.8-carat rings featuring 529 diamonds and 38 rubies. However, fans quickly noticed a glaring typo: the Miami Dolphins were incorrectly listed as the number 7 seed instead of the number 6 seed from the 2023 playoffs. The error was visible in images posted on the Chiefs’ social media pages. Jostens, the ring manufacturer, and the Chiefs have yet to comment on the mistake or plans for correction. Despite the oversight, the Chiefs are focused on their upcoming training camp in St. Joseph, aiming to become the first NFL team to win three consecutive Super Bowls and secure another championship ring.
