Kansas State University’s dance team, The Classy Cats, made history this season at the College Classic Invitational in Orlando, Florida on April 12th and 13th.

The team has been competing at the College Classic since 2020. This year, they walked away from the competition doubling the number of trophies in their case, according to KSNT News. This year was also special to the team because, for the first time, all members went to nationals.

The Classy Cats were named 2025 D1A Pom National Champions, Pom Battle Champions,2025 D1A National Champions, and 2025 Spirit Showdown Gameday National Champions.

The team went from three-time national champs to six-time national champs, an accomplishment that is recognized across the United States.
