MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State sealed a crucial win on Senior Day, defeating No. 6/6 Iowa State with a final score of 65-58. Arthur Kaluma and Cam Carter led the scoring, combining for 45 points in front of 9,311 fans at Bramlage Coliseum.
With this win, K-State solidified its position as the No. 10 seed in the upcoming Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship. This victory marked the team’s fourth of the season against a Top 25 opponent.
Kaluma led the scoring with 23 points, while Carter added 21 points. Senior David N’Guessan played a crucial role off the bench, securing a double-double with 16 rebounds and 11 points.
K-State’s defense held Iowa State to 58 points and maintained an undefeated record under coach Jerome Tang when opponents score less than 60 points.
