K-State Women’s Basketball Clinches 16th Consecutive Home Win with Narrow Victory over UCF

K-State Women’s Basketball triumphed against UCF with a 60-58 victory, marking their 16th consecutive home win. Gabby Gregory led with 19 points, Eliza Maupin recorded a double-double, and Serena Sundell and Zyanna Walker contributed 10 points each. Jaelyn Glenn secured the win with a late layup. K-State led by 11 points initially but saw their lead shrink. K-State shot 41.8% from the field. Coach Mittie praised the team’s resilience but emphasized the need for improvement. Maupin’s performance was highlighted, with Gregory’s and Sundell’s efforts recognized. Ayoka Lee’s injury status is day-to-day. Next, K-State faces West Virginia at home on Wednesday.
