Kansas State snapped a four-game losing streak with a thrilling 75-70 overtime victory over No. 4 Kansas. Tylor Perry led the charge for the Wildcats with a season-high 26 points, including eight crucial points in the extra period. Cam Carter contributed a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds, while Arthur Kaluma added 13 points and eight boards. On the opposing side, Hunter Dickinson led Kansas with 21 points and 12 rebounds.
The win extends Kansas State’s overtime record to 6-0 this season and 11-0 under coach Jerome Tang. This victory marks their 27th win over a Top 5 team in school history, with 12 of those wins occurring at Bramlage Coliseum.
With the win, Kansas State improves to 15-8 overall and 5-5 in the Big 12 conference, revitalizing their fading NCAA Tournament hopes. Their next challenge comes against No. 21 BYU on Saturday.
