Clay Center traveled to a three-game tournament in Sabetha, finishing 1-3 on the day. They lost to Burlington 16 to 0. Isaac Berggren and Miller Coffman shared pitching duties; Jonah Ferguson got the lone hit for Clay Center.

In game two, the Tigers were tied 6-6 in the 6th but lost a close one to Tonganoxie 5 to 3. Cole Pladson pitched 5.2 innings giving up one earned run; he struck out 10 with just 2 walks. Colten Tadtman went 2-3 at the plate with a triple and 3 RBI.

Clay Center took the third game over Sabetha 15 to 5 in 5 innings. Jake Cutshall got the win in relief of Rylan Gurney. Cutshall (2 2B), Colten Tadtman, and Miller Coffman had 4 hits each; Cole Pladson went 2 to 2; walked twice, and hit 2 dingers for the Tigers.
