The American Legion is sponsoring their High School Oratorical Scholarship Program which includes a speech contest. Jim Swim, District 10 Contest Chairman, tells us about the program.
Jim shares more information about the local contest and the opportunities to advance.
The District 10 contest is February 10th in Hiawatha. Applications are due January 27th. The winner of the National Contest receives a $25,000 scholarship.
