Bomb Threat at Wichita State University Resolved; Normal Activities Resume After All-Clear Signal

On April 25 around 10 p.m., the Wichita State University Police received a call about a bomb at Wallace Hall and the Starbucks. The Wichita Police Department was notified, and university police visually inspected the premises and did not locate any devices.

As a precaution, those in the area were asked to evacuate.

Just before 1 a.m., Wichita State University sent a news release that stated the Wichita State police had given the all-clear, and the university will continue its normal activities.
