Clifton man turns Passion for Helping Cats into Non-Profit Organization

By Ryan Duey

John Meyers of Clifton took his passion for helping cats and turned it into Have a Heart TNR. For over 4 years he has helped both people and cats around the area with either spaying and neutering or through adoption.

In 2023, John stated that he helped a total of 363 cats. 303 of them were trapped, spayed or neutered, and released. 23 of the 363 cats were adopted.

We wanted to know what made John decide to open Have a Heart TNR.

John let us know a little about his travels to help people and their cats.

John added that he also works alongside CCare.

Have a Heart TNR has very quickly turned into a great resource for not just area citizens, but also cats in need.
