On Tuesday, May 7th, a Fort Riley AH-64 Helicopter crashed during training.

According to Riley County officials, there was a mishap during their Combat Aviation Brigade’s gunnery training. They said the incident is still under investigation. Two crew members were on board, and they are currently receiving necessary medical treatment.

Currently, officials are not releasing any more information about the crew members out of respect for their privacy.
