From Friday, May 31st through Sunday, June 2nd area communities will participate in the annual Highway 24 Garage Sales. This year’s garage sale weekend will span over 343 miles, including 32 towns, and rural homes along Highway 24.

Stretching from as far west as Seibert, CO, East to Riley, KS, citizens of the 32 communities will be set up for travelers looking for deals as they travel Highway 24 taking in new sights. This annual garage sale promotes traveling and tourism in rural communities, bringing in people from many different areas.

This year, six local communities will participate in this event: Glasco, Miltonvale, Clay Center, Green, Leonardville, and Riley.

Interested parties can download the Mobile Map from their phone’s app store, featuring a list of all the garage sales signed up for this event. Printed maps are also available in most participating towns. For more information visit the Highway 24 Garage Sales Facebook Page.
