Kansas Turnpike Authority Launches New Cashless Toll Payment System, DriveKS

By Trish Svoboda

The Kansas Turnpike Authority (KTA) has launched its new toll payment system, DriveKS. Customers can now manage toll payments and accounts via www.DriveKS.com, customer service at (800) USE-KTAG, walk-in centers in Wichita, Topeka, and Lawrence, or by mail.

KTAG users can log into DriveKS with their existing credentials, while those needing to make payments for violations from the previous system can use their statement IDs. A DriveKS mobile app will soon be available, replacing the myKTAG app.

KTA’s focus now shifts to generating the first toll statements from the new system by late July or early August. In addition, toll booth decommissioning will start at the end of July, with demolition and lane configuration expected to take about 18 months. Drivers are advised to remain watchful near these worksites.
