The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP) is offering an internet-assisted course that covers need-to-know information before going hunting. The same information that is offered in classrooms will be available online. The course is designed to accommodate those whose schedules conflict with the traditional course.
This independent study approach, consisting of three parts, requires pre-registration for an Internet-assisted Field Day and Testing Session, completion of the Kansas online hunter education course, and active engagement in an Internet-assisted Hunter Education Field Day and Testing Session.
KDWP notes that those wishing to take the course must have access to a computer and a printer. There is no required fee. Click here for a current schedule of all courses being offered throughout the state.
