The City of Marysville has been nominated as a finalist in USA Today’s Top 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Small Town in the Midwest. The 10 Best Readers’ Choice nominees are picked by a panel of travel experts with the winner being chosen by the most votes cast by the population.
Travel experts looked at towns with a population size of less than 25,000 that are charming, scenic, cultural destinations for families.
Wayne Kruse of Marysville Chamber & Main Street says they’re excited to be in the running for #1.
Voting goes on until April 1st, with winners being announced on April 10th. You can vote daily on the Best 10 website. Marysville is currently in 3rd place.
