The Republic County Historical Museum, which has been closed since last year for renovations, is getting ready to open again. This Saturday, September 23rd, they will hold a Soft Reopening. Visitors will be able to see new and revised exhibits. During the reopening, Roxie Yonkey, a Kansas travel author, and speaker, will be reading from her newest book. The presentation will begin at 3:00 p.m.
