Marysville, Kansas has an exercise treasure that everyone should know about.  It is the Blue River Rail Trail.  Mark Hoffman, owner of Backroads Bicycle in Marysville, tells us about the trail.

At the Nebraska line, the Blue River Rail Trail connects with the Chief Standing Bear Trail that leads to Beatrice.
