The student must live in a Twin Valley connected community and have an interest in returning to a rural community following graduation.

The link to the application portal can be found at Applicants will be considered as a part of the national FRS scholarship program, and those scholarship recipients will be notified by May 2024. Any applications not awarded through Twin Valley’s partnership with FRS will be considered in a second round through the Twin Valley Community Outreach Program.

Ben Foster, Twin Valley President & CEO said that they believe in the transformative power of education, and the scholarship program is designed to allow local seniors to return to enrich our rural communities with their knowledge and skills
