The deadlines for submitting applications for Beef Improvement Federation (BIF) awards are approaching. BIF acknowledges outstanding Seedstock and Commercial Producers each year, with the deadline for both awards set for March 15. You can find application forms on the BeefImprovement.org website’s “Award Forms” page under the “Resource Center” tab.
Each BIF member organization can submit up to three nominations in each category. From the received nominations, up to five finalists will be chosen for both the Commercial and Seedstock Producer of the Year Awards.
The selected finalists will be notified and honored at the BIF Annual Symposium. It’s worth noting that Drovers sponsors the Seedstock and Commercial Producer of the Year Award.
All 2024 award winners will be recognized at the 2024 BIF Research Symposium and Convention June 10-13 in Knoxville, Tennessee. For more information about BIF or the 2024 BIF Symposium, visit Beefimprovement.org
