Abilene Place Assisted Living will soon become Homestead of Abilene Assisted Living & Memory Care. Midwest Health, the largest Assisted Living Provider in Kansas, with a network of over 80 senior living communities throughout the Midwest, has acquired Abilene Place.

Ali Ellis, Marketing Director of Midwest Health, said that the residents and staff should hopefully not see much change in their daily routines under the new management. She let us know when the acquisition will be finalized.

The Senior Community and Abilene itself have a personal connection to Midwest Health and its CEO Jim Klausman.

Ali and the rest of the Midwest Health team believe this will give the residents and staff some needed stability to the senior community home presently and into the future.
